Five billion lire from the European Union for the Equal initiatives. The sum, the largest of the sixty applications submitted for funding, will soon reach the local authorities. Sabaudia, following a completely innovative approach (promoted by the city councilor for labor issues Salvatore Schintu in collaboration with Mimmo D’Amico) and with the use of other partners (Municipality of Cerveteri, Province of Rome, Cisl di Latina, cooperative “29 Juni”, “Lila”, “Cirap”, “Ninfea”, “15 Open”, and the company “Unitec”) is planning a network of expanded services aimed at strengthening the social economy and public interest services with a focus on entrepreneurship. The European Union has therefore recognized the validity of the plan, which ultimately aims to increase the quality of the offer of social enterprises through the improvement of organizational models, certification criteria and training of management levels.
