The understanding between MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, market leader in the construction of systems for offset printing machines, and Unitec D GmbH has been in operation since the beginning of September.
The agreement provides for the outsourcing of deliveries of maintenance materials for the systems and the production of printing plates for the press from MAN to Unitec.
Drastic reduction in the number of invoices and payments, standardization of delivery conditions, simplification of incoming goods inspection and warehouse management are just some of the contractual goals envisaged by the merger of 237 suppliers.
