  UNITEC is looking for a talented and organized office clerk for our location in Gersthofen (Augsburg). This permanent position offers a dynamic working environment and an international team.   Tasks: Process customer inquiries, prepare offers and monitor deliveries
  • Administrative support for logistics and customer service
  • Support for other areas
  • Ensure communication quality
  • Contact person for administrative questions from logistics and sales
  • Create and monitor statistics and assessments
Profile:
  • Interested in trade and communication on an international level
  • Business fluent knowledge of German, knowledge of English or another foreign language is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, specific knowledge of hardware and software systems desirable
  • Sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, initiative, reliability and intercultural competence
