UNITEC is looking for a talented and organized office clerk for our location in Gersthofen (Augsburg). This permanent position offers a dynamic working environment and an international team.
Tasks:
Process customer inquiries, prepare offers and monitor deliveries
- Administrative support for logistics and customer service
- Support for other areas
- Ensure communication quality
- Contact person for administrative questions from logistics and sales
- Create and monitor statistics and assessments
Profile:
- Interested in trade and communication on an international level
- Business fluent knowledge of German, knowledge of English or another foreign language is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, specific knowledge of hardware and software systems desirable
- Sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, initiative, reliability and intercultural competence
