  • Managing directors advise and support
 

LIPPERS

  • Check order confirmations.
  • Check delivery times for customer orders (computer supported) and, if necessary, send reminders to suppliers
 

Shipping company

  • Organize shipping of goods ordered by customers. (By shipping company)
  • Determination of pick-up or delivery dates with freight forwarders in coordination with the outgoing and receiving of goods and order management
  • Prompt and timely receipt of shipments into the warehouse management system. Check small incoming goods packages and send them to the customer. (Through parcel services)
  • Preparation of customs documents as required.
  • Creation of delivery documents in the warehouse management system
  • Archiving shipping documents
 

Sales support

  • Support colleagues in sales
 

Other

  • Co-manage office and company apartment (plants, cleaning company, etc.)
