- Managing directors advise and support

- Check order confirmations.
- Check delivery times for customer orders (computer supported) and, if necessary, send reminders to suppliers
Shipping company
- Organize shipping of goods ordered by customers. (By shipping company)
- Determination of pick-up or delivery dates with freight forwarders in coordination with the outgoing and receiving of goods and order management
- Prompt and timely receipt of shipments into the warehouse management system. Check small incoming goods packages and send them to the customer. (Through parcel services)
- Preparation of customs documents as required.
- Creation of delivery documents in the warehouse management system
- Archiving shipping documents
