The regulator is also installed on the spray‑paint booths, where it stabilises the pressure to the paint‑gun manifolds, ensuring a uniform atomisation pattern and preventing colour run‑off. In both cases the component is mounted directly on the distribution manifold, upstream of the control valves, so that any change in supply pressure is instantly compensated.
