Підтримка ланкового конвеєра: вимірювання зростання ланок, перевірка зношення шестерен та графік ліплення - UNITEC-D Industrial MRO
Це практичне посібник для технічних працівників, який відповідає наступним завданням: вимірювання зростання ланок ланкового конвеєра, перевірка зношення шестерен, а також встановлення графіка ліплення

1. Purpose and scope of application

This is a practical manual for technicians that meets the following tasks: measuring the growth of chain conveyor links, checking gear wear, and establishing a molding schedule. This process is performed annually or when an increase in the distance between the gears, an increase in noise or a decrease in the efficiency of the conveyor is detected.

2. Protective measures

Turn off the power supply and lock with locking devices and tags (LOTO).
Use personal protective equipment: gloves, goggles, mask, special work clothes.
Do not perform work in the presence of electric current or under pressure.
Check the condition of the mains wiring and connections before performing any work.
When measuring temperature, use a thermometer with a range up to 150°C.

3. Necessary tools and materials

Name of the tool Specification Quantity
Torque head with a sledgehammer Size 10-30 Nm 1
Multimeter Range 0-200 V, 0-20 A 1
Laser system for measurement Accuracy ±0.02 mm 1
Thermometer Range 0-150°C 1
Oil for chain conveyor Type ISO 46, temperature range -20°C to +60°C 1 liter
Butter oven The size is 500 mm 1

4. Inspection before service

Point Verification Acceptance/rejection criteria Notes
1 Electricity supply Off Made by LOTTO
2 Conveyor temperature ≤ 60°C Use a thermometer
3 Finities of links There is no deviation Use the laser
4 Gear wear Less than 0.5 mm Use a ruler
5 Oil density According to ISO 46 Use a multimeter

5. Step by step procedure

  1. Link growth measurement
Action: Use the laser system to measure the distance between the gears.
Specifications: The distance between the gears should be 1200 mm ± 2 mm.
Visual indication: Deviation from the norm causes the need to replace the links.
Error: Incorrect use of the laser may lead to inaccurate measurements.
  2. Gear Wear Check
Action: Measure the depth of gear wear.
Specifications: Wear should be less than 0.5mm.
    Visual indication: Wear requires replacement.
Error: Incorrect measurement technique can lead to erroneous data.
  3. Sculpting the links
Action: Apply oil to the links and gears.
    Specifications: Use oil ISO 46.
Visual indication: The oil should be evenly distributed over the surface.
Error: Insufficient oil volume can lead to increased wear and tear.
  4. Fixing check
Action: Use the torque head to fix the hangers.
    Specifications: Torque 10-15 Nm.
Visual indication: The hangers must be locked.
Error: Insufficient torque can cause the hangers to open.
  5. Temperature check
Action: Measure the temperature of the conveyor.
Specifications: The temperature should be ≤ 60°C.
    Visual indication: Use a thermometer.
Error: Incorrect measurement technique can lead to erroneous data.

6. After service check

Test Expected result Actual Pass/Fail
Measuring the distance between gears 1200 mm ± 2 mm
Gear wear Less than 0.5 mm
Sculpting links The oil is evenly distributed
Conveyor temperature ≤ 60°C
Fixation of pendants Torque 10-15 Nm

7. Technical assistance

Symptom Reasons Correction
Increase in noise Wear of links or gears Replace worn components
Increasing the distance between gears Growth of links Replace links
Increased temperature Insufficient sculpting Apply oil
Twisting links Incorrect fixation Fix suspensions
Minimum oil flow Insufficient volume of oil Add oil

8. Recommended maintenance schedule

The task Frequency Estimated duration Skill level
Measurement of link growth Annually 20 min Average
Checking gear wear Annually 20 min Average
Sculpting links Monthly 30 min Average
Fixation of pendants Monthly 20 min Average
Temperature check Every day 5 min Low
