III Course – Total Management Quality and Processes

INSIDE:
Course objective and program

The course, in its third edition, is aimed at young graduates, aimed at public and private companies and offers a differentiated specialization in the areas: commerce, management control, production management.

The main reasons that motivate the re-presentation of this experience are, firstly, the positive results recorded in the job market in the two previous editions and, secondly, the need perceived by companies to redesign the processes operated with the aim of adding, from each of their activities, value for customers.

With the techniques used, it is common to define “Total Quality”.

The objective of the course is to train professionals who are immediately “operationalizable” in a specific area of work and with an outstanding capacity for integration in the context of the management process in which they will be inserted.
